Jury awards $14M to George Floyd protesters in Denver
On Friday, jurors ruled that police used excessive force against demonstrators.
The jury of two men and six women, largely white and drawn from around Colorado
It was the first trial in a case contesting police practises during the 2020 protests, according to the lawyers involved.
