garlic 4 to 5

Green Chilli 2 to 3

Cooking Oil 4 Tsp

Garlic Chopped Roasted 25

(No 5th step)

 

(6th step)

Ghee 3-4 Tsp

Salt 1tsp

Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp

Coriander Powder 2 Tsp

Cumin Powder 2 Tsp

Red Chilli Powder 2 Tsp

Kashmir red chili powder 2 Tsp

Water  2 cup

Amul Fresh Cream 3-4 tsp

Veg Recipes for Lunch l Paneer Masala Recipe: First, need to heat the cooking pan on low gas flame for a minute.  Then add two to three spoon of cooking oil after heat up then add Cinnamon 2, Cloves 2,  cardamom 2 and cook for 2 min. Till the above cools down now we take the same cooking pan and add  3 to 4 spoon of cooking oil and cook for a minute and after add cutted small garlic 25 pieces and cook 15 to 20 minutes on low flame and make sure it’s become brownish. As we make Ingredients earlier in (3rd step) and we waited for cool down and if it’s room temperature then put all the same Ingredients into the mixture and mixed it and make a paste for paneer masala

Now we take the same cooking pan and add 3 spoons of ghee cook until it melts. After ghee melt add that (mixer paste) which we mixed in mixture in (5rd step)  just mix it properly in ghee and then add salt 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp, coriander powder 2 tsp, cumin powder 2 tsp, red chilli powder 2 tsp, Kashmir red chilli powder 2 tsp then mix its properly and cook 1 to 2 min in low flame.

The mixed paste is cooked now add 2 cups of water and mix it, cook 2 to 3 minute till it boils. After boil then add Amul Fresh Cream 3 to 4 tsp, garam masala 2 tsp and (very small crush pieces of Kasuri Methi ), then mix It properly and cook 3 to 4 minute in low flame.

After that cooked add 1 Capsicum in (small cutted pieces) and also add brownish garlic which we made In (4th step) above and mixed it properly and cook it 3 to 4 minute on low flame, save some garlic for the final texture.
